How to read this

Minting — whether new $DD can be minted right now. "Open" is normal; it freezes automatically if DGB moves too fast.
Oracle feed — whether the price oracle is publishing. Minting needs a live price to stay safe.
Emergency mode — the system-wide safety state. "No" is healthy; if ACTIVE, minting halts and redemption rules tighten.
ERR tier — the current burn multiplier. "Normal (1.0x)" means you burn exactly the $DD you minted to unlock your DGB.
